Nah, it can only if there is a delay of 3 weeks and then also it will come down. You should be preparing your docs and be ready.

I don't think so. I believe it will be lower than that. 433 was the last cutoff, it should be around 429 or so in my opinion.

You definitely will be considered. EE profile is submitted almost immediately once you submit and sign it. I don't think you are out of luck today. Anything in late 430s has a fair chance of receiving an ITA in today's draw (my personal opinion, no calculations).

Well, hoping for the best. If not today, then atleast if there is draw next week probably, there should be a better chance.
