Now .. MM345 said to fill out section a and c only of the concent form .. ur notes say .. a b and c .. which one is it?

I filled out the way I posted it and I got my notes without any issues.

Just a heads up. The PA signature in section A needs to be handwritten so print it out, sign it, then scan it and upload with your ATIP request.

I have ordered and successfully gotten my GCMS notes 2 times already.

I did exactly as stated by MM345, which is:
Section A: PA info
Section B: blank
Section C: Sponsor info
Section D: blank

Just a heads up. The PA signature in section A needs to be handwritten so print it out, sign it, then scan it and upload with your ATIP request.

Hey everyone, new here.. i just got an update on my file at the LVO and they have pointed out a few things that need to be cleared up. The most important being that I had my Nikkah in 2013 and 2016 I had my ruksati and valima but there was no communication between my husband and I because I was in law school at the time...also it was an arranged marriage. They have asked for proof which I don't have so any way to go about this? any help would be appreciated!

We applied April 2017. And there was, we did talk on the phone through calling cards but maybe once a month and I have no record of that and it wasn't that my parents didn't allow it, i genuinely was just busy working and studying. Had I known we had to show proof I would have called through Skype maybe. And yes after our ruksati I lived with him in Pakistan for 3 months and we keep in touch thru whatsapp. Thanks for replying btw!

Ok. You now need to understand that Visa officers are trying to distinguish between genuine marriages and marriages done only to enter Canada. So you should take this chance seruously and preoare a solid answer.


First of all you have to explain how the relationship developed and progressed. If u say you were busy to communicate with your husband, it won't look ok so I will suggest not to say that. You should mention that you guys used to communicate through calls via calling cards but you haven't maintained proof of that. Did u add each other on fb, any fb messages, whatsapp conversations before Rukhsati or any emails sent to each other before Rukshati?

You should now also include post Rukshati proof..lots of pictures showing a happily married couple, whatsapp message and call screenshot, video call log screenshot, emails, Facebook relationship status change screenshot, money transfer proof, honeymoon pics etc.

Yeah I'm trying to gather as much documents as I can but as for proof of communication i really don't have anything pre-Ruksati, however, we sent tons of pictures after the ruksati along with all the other proof of communication and contact that they require. But since they are not satisfied with that I'm gonna explain everything hopefully they approve
