Hello , can someone please throw some light ?

I got an email from CIC stating that My file is at CIO Sydney Nova Scotia and it is not yet transferred to local VO office.
My AOR is 31st August and MEP / IP1 14th Sep since then no updates.
Can anyone let me know how it CIO Sydney Nova Scotia in terms of processing ? and why it is taking too long time at CIO ?
Till today there is no request from CIC to provide any additional details.

Sure thing. Mine was a little complicated case. I have worked in India, Netherlands and now United States.
Single applicant.
AOR- aug 1st
Was asked to upload Netherlands PCC on August 15th. Took me one month to get that from Netherlands.
Uploaded the pcc on sept 15th
Ip2 was on sept 22nd if I am not wrong.
Ppr - October 2nd.
Fsw-O from New York
Bachelors from India and mba from New York.
Don’t remember the noc code, but IT consultant was the name I put for all my experiences!

Lemme know if anyone needs more Information. I will be happy to share.
