I think so too.
I am also AINP april 07,2016 applicant. BG changed in process July 29? sometimes.
No dm or ppr yet

I just got and reply from CPC Ottawa saying my file is sill in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Does anyone know for sure that the file is going to be transferred to Ottawa for finalization? I feel I have been waiting forever.

Same issue with me. I called last week they told me file is complete and everything is done. Eventually you will get PPR soon. I am 22 April Applicant. At the last I ask her my file location is Sydney or Ottawa? She told me it is in Sydney. So I am not sure all the files are going to Ottawa.
