HI All,
I have received an email on 27 Sept 2017 that my file is being transferred to LVO for further processing.

last thing i updated was SchA and PCC on 15 sept.
question is would they send me an email or will they update MYCIC when they start doing background checks.
because it still says "we need more documents to process your application plz refer below." on MYCIC. this has been there before i submitted SchA and PCC, i guess they haven't updated it yet.

any info will be helpful.

Mycic is never updated on time. If you have uploaded your docs properly, dont worry about it. If they need anything else, they will ask you.
If you are following this thread you will know that background checks are a hit and miss, sometimes they are updated, sometimes not.

5th May 2016 applicant got DM today,they were interviewed earlier this month. Hoping its a positive decision.

This applicant got refused today as the interviewer/VO was not satisfied with the genuineness of their relationship. (Second marriage case, sponsor (the wife) is foreigner and older than PA and communication proof was missing.)

Lately, I'm seeing a lot of refusals. What's going on with LVO!? They are taking forever to make a decision on the cases yet they are handing out refusals like hot potato! Jeezzzz

Sponsor. Don't you worry just because you have a second marriage case as well. A lot of red flags combined (some are mentioned in my prevuous post)resulted in the refusal.

Its really sad to hear and very insensitive of us to ask any questions to him/her. But whenever you feel okay , ask him/her what questions were asked in the interview that caused or was one of the reasons of refusal.
