is anyone have pro idea in linking application without AOR. I have UCI from when i applied for visitor visa(refused). how long do they take to enter the application details in the system after they know application is complete. i just want to be sure that my application is being accepted this time because it was sent back twice.

cic specifically ask you to link the application ? or you just linked by your own.
because mine link part is not working .....

Entering your file into the system is what triggers the AOR email, so being able to link your application before you receive AOR is typically not possible, even if you already have a UCI.

You can't link your application without them completing it. why your application was returned twice? I've seen people who their application got returned twice got their AORs within few days.

It's okay that there are no fingerprints. CIC only requires the results of the police check, not the fingerprints.
When you log into your CIC account, there should be a request for the forms in your account when you click the "view this application" at the bottom, it will lead you to a spot to upload the forms.
The Schedule A form should have a "validate" button that you can click.
No, you do not need to pay anything.

When I click the link for form IMM 5669 provided in the e-mail, it does not open so i manually search for the form in Google. I wonder if this is why there is no validate button.

when did you send your application again? Hopefully you'll get your AOR this time.

Just received my SA email!!

Application received Aug 18th but no AOR. Was expecting it today but didn't come through. But I was able to link the application on GC key. Once your GC key account is created select the option to link your application. I searched application with given name, family name, date of birth, which city will PA will be moving to canada, province and # of people is 2 PA + sponsor. Waiting on Schedule A and police certificate request now. Hope this helps
