My OINP application under Human Capital Priorities Stream is under 'Decision in Progress' status. Yesterday, I received a procedural fairness letter from Ontario stating that I have chosen a wrong NOC code and asked me to either change the NOC in myCIC profile or provide experience letter that has my designation as DBA.
So here is a brief context to my situation:
I'm mainly a database engineer/administrator and hence I chose my NOC as 2172 in my EE and OINP profile. Even for all my jobs, I have chosen 2172 as my NOC. Now, the companies I worked for, have mentioned my position as Software Engineer in the experience letter.
As per Ontario's suggestion in the letter received, I have updated my NOC to 2173 and shared the screenshots of my EE profile (they asked for it). I could not update my OINP application. Ontario hasn't asked me to do that yet.
I would like to know if anyone else here was in similar situation and what was their experience after getting procedural fairness letter. Do we still need to update OINP application? If yes, can you please explain, how can we do that? Was your application accepted/rejected after procedural fairness stage? How much time did it take for acceptance/rejection after you submitted the documents?
I'm little anxious, hence would like to know if someone went through this phase?
Hi Deepti, congratulations! I have received this letter on Noc. Can you give more details on how you changed, what u provided, when and how you resubmitted?

The procedural fairness letter gave me two options:
1) Update the NOC in EE profile and submit the screenshots of the same. I chose this option. I also updated my Ontario application by submitting the change of information letter that they have on their site.
2) Alternatively, they asked to submit experience letter for the NOC that I had provided.
I wanted to know where to send the documents they asked for to the same email? or Do I need to upload the asked documents somewhere else too?
One of your responses says- "The procedural fairness letter gave me two options:

Where can I find the change of information letter as you mentioned above? Is that compulsory to submit? Please advise.

I have responded to PFL email on 22nd October. My one-key status still shows "Awaiting Information". No idea whats wrong with them.
I know its a late ask but I am in a slightly similar situation. I by mistake chose a different NOC code for my EE profile based on which I received an NOI from Ontario. but the actual code doesnt feature on the list. Should I go ahead and submit my profile or refrain from it? Please help.
