Hi,

I already sent my application last week. and I didn't mention the names in native language Urdu on IMM5406 additional family information form.

I couldn't enter urdu honestly I tried and pdf was not letting me save it.

I saw one applicant got package back because of this reason.

now im worried. can I reprint and send this to be added to my file?

You were supposed to write it by hand. We did that and I suppose every body else is doing that too. You shouldn't have ignored such a clear instruction.

You don't have a file number yet, do you? I don't think you can send documents now without file number.

Suggest you to wait till u get your AOR n file number. Rest is up2 u.

I typed them (I mean copy pasted)... Sent our names in english to a friend and asked them send me the urdu versions

I am in the same boat. except that my file got in process in July. So technically i should be worried more

well thats annoying.....What is your status of "Review of additional documents"? Mine is "The additional docs you provided have been uploaded"..

Im sure the applicant who got theirs returned must have missed something bigger than that (forgetting to write names in urdu). I dont think they'll return it only because of that reason.

Please have a look at the spreadsheet You can see that in September 2017, interviews were held in Islamabad for those who applied between March to May 2016. So you will be interviewed on next batch. Interviews are held every 3 to 4 months and 1 month before you will get email from LVO.
