Most probably, but you should call and ask CIC agent.They can give you some idea

I got my GCMS notes 10 days ago, nothing in there states that it is under security screening..
they initiated OTHER REQS check last month on 23rd ...
Security : not started it says

hii frnds , i just called CIC, the guy said that my file is send for review and that is good news.

what does mean review>?, and i asked him that whether my background is checked or not, he said its been checked and its been forwarded to review.

can anyone tell me is it a good news and is my ppr is near by..

It means they would conduct further checks on your application, probably the final review before it's finalized

I got a reply from CIC saying my file is being processed at Manila.
