I received pickup email today after 12days of DHL delivery. I am so happy and grateful that it's almost over.

Almost over or its already over. I pray my case will be like yours. My wife's passport got delivered to AVO today so I'm gonna start 12 days counting down.

Thanks for everyone's congratulations messages! I can't believe it's happening, I know they will roll through 2016 apps quickly! I feel it!

Question for everyone about medicals: those who have gone to Akai House clinic in Accra lately, do you need to make an appointment these days or can you still just go early? I called and called them today and no one picked up. Thanks all! We're going to do the medicals on Monday.
Also does anyone know what the cost is now? My husband and his son both have to go. Thank you!!!

Mine is 22 days today including weekends. I used VFS. Does it mean that DHL is better?

Just an update - I received a mail from the Accra immigration team today asking me to resend the email I sent to them (with additional documents) last week and ensure that my attachments are not more than 5mb. Good to know we've not been mailing robots. They should have just sent my medical request along too sha but eesokay.

Wow! "12 days" Interesting. I guess I would have used DHL, they seems faster than VFS. Anyway, I will just wait. The battle is almost over.
