second does it cause a problem for our migration to canada ? thank you

If it is under control then do not tell much about the disease at the time of Medical examination. May be she pass in the Medical Exam automatically.

in IRCC Profile building i have put 1111 only as i have no option to put two NOC.
now i want to apply in SINP EE 1112 category do i need to amend MY NOC in IRCC Before apply to SINP or its fine without change

yes you have to amend that before applying.

Regarding Generic Application form IMM0008, do you print and put your name and hand signature on the form?
After validating, there is a note saying that hand signature is not required at the moment if you are applying online. Filling the form electronically does not allow putting your name and does not also allow to put electronic signature

I submitted my paper application on 4 Nov. At Sydney NS. I paid both fee. Processing and RPRF.

I applied for EE PNP in the month of Feb 2017, Application is "IN PROCESS" from the April 2017, Still no updates and No progress, I write to SINP office not received replay except the automated replay.

Is anyone from the Feb 2017, have proceeded further? Any information can you please share me.

contact you if any further information is required. If any of your personal information changes (i.e.
mailing address, family composition, marital status etc.), please notify our office quoting your file
number.

so do not send them emails .

Automated mail reveived from SINP immediately but my status is still "waiting on applicant" for about 10days now. Please advise if status must change to process again or how else can I know if they have received and review the document sent. Am I likely to be nominated ?
