Biko, April 27th applicant here! For those who have received the request for medicals, did you get notified through an email or through your GCKey online account?
GKey shows that they were examining the results of the medical tests and my husband got an email at the same time instructing him to go and get his medicals done.

Thank you for your prompt response. I'm just wondering why it's taking them so long to send me my request. I'm just going to keep bombarding them with emails.
Submitted my PCC in May and it was also valid for 3 months (which means it'd have expired by now). I don't think that's a problem though. If they need a new one, they'd request for it.

Wow. So there is more parents here who haven't held their children. It's so sad. I'm praying all our kids and their fathers reunite soon. It kills my husband that he hasn't seen or held his son yet...
Hi morning folks for everyone who wants to bother Mp/immigration minister smaller office in Toronto with our issues and the need to hire more immigration officers here is the emal address, Ahmed.Hussen@parl.gc.ca good luck everyone
Yes I let's be like the widow and the judge in the book of Luke:18:5 ..it says because the widow keeps bothering me, I will give her justice so that she will not beat me down by her continual coming. Lets come together and persue this man's office with email and by fire by force
wow...anything beyond this year and am sending for them...i wont be able to hold on any longer than that....i have written letters after letters...but i know before this year ends..i'll get that good news
Just curious - your profile shows you applied in Feb, same as us. Your wife must have been heavily pregnant then. Were you not able to apply earlier? Seems unrealistic to expect them to process the application in such a short period, baby or not. We were told to expect the full 12 months timeline that was projected at the time. Ourselves had to endure a lost pregnancy while apart which proved much harder than we could have imagined. Well, God be our strength and we will come through stronger and victorious in Jesus name. Hang in there...
Thanks for everyone's congratulations messages! I can't believe it's happening, I know they will roll through 2016 apps quickly! I feel it!
Question for everyone about medicals: those who have gone to Akai House clinic in Accra lately, do you need to make an appointment these days or can you still just go early? I called and called them today and no one picked up. Thanks all! We're going to do the medicals on Monday.
Also does anyone know what the cost is now? My husband and his son both have to go. Thank you!!!

So sorry about the lost of the pregnancy. But are you trying to say that no 2017 applicant should expect PPR this year? Even by december. That is very sad, that will really confirm that Accra has truly been sleeping on the case. God help us

Not saying they won't (praying we will get it very soon), but they did take 4 months and 6 months to process declines on 2 visitor visas for us so based on that alone my expectations are not too high.
