Unfortunately we can't reached the telephone number they provided in CIC site the line is always busy we keep on trying to talk to someone for our peace of mind .

Yes, the phone is usually busy, but keep trying, I did the same thing to confirm the status of my application, after I tried 4 times, I was put on hold for 35 minutes, then agent spoke to me.

I called IRCC today to confirm the status, they said that they are currently processing July 31 cases, and I should wait for couple of weeks.

Well, I have my own personal angel at IRCC. My husband received a call today from the officer reviewing my application. One of the addresses on our IMM5406 form was missing a postal code. She said technically they would usually return the app, but she could see it had already been returned 3 times and she did not want to return it again. She gave him her email address and instructed us to email her the form. She said that was the only thing missing/wrong and that after we submit the form to her, we can expect to receive AOR shortly. I'm not celebrating until I get that AOR email, but I am so grateful, thankful, and relieved to have encountered a sympathetic and kind officer after trying and failing to apply for the past 9 months. It feels like 1000 pounds has been lifted off my shoulders!

When your application was returned the previous 3 times, did they give you a file number or application number....or did they just return the application??

They dont send any emails about sch and pcc. You need to log in to your account and read message that they sent you.

but dont they need to send a email with your UCI number to create account yeh?

we are all well within the timeframe... maybe they still have july cases that are being worked on and some august apps that were processed ahead of others..

SA = 19TH SEPT
MEDICAL REQUEST = 18TH SEPT
but no SCH A AND PCC REQUEST IN GCKEY ? iam worried . can anyone explain . people are getting sch A and PCC request first

we have the same situation. When we received the email for SA it says there I need to submit Sched A but there are no request on my gckey and I don't know how will I send it.

When your application was returned the previous 3 times, did they give you a file number or application number....or did they just return the application??

No, if your application is returned, no application number is generated because the application was never entered into the system. That's why, when you receive your AOR with your application number, it means your application will not be returned to you. If they return your application, they basically just put a note in the system with your name and other basic details, so if you call in, they can see that your application was returned, but there will be no number attached to it.

There's a specific one for August but it has different figures than the one for 2017 at the august tab...
