Hello, we just received our notes. Do you think the group # affects the processing time? Or what does the group # mean to the application? Thank you in advance

Please help! I want to order my gcms notes. For the form 5744, I have seen people saying not to fill section B and then others who say that it must be. Which one is it? Fill out section B or not? This is for spousal PR.

Some people said that if you see a number there, it means that you are in queue for an interview or that you are scheduled for an interview. I can't say personally as I don't have a number on my notes and still waiting to hear if I am getting an interview. We are almost at the 8 month mark in processing.

Right, I understand that. My husband's not the most friendly either. I never emailed them about an interview date. However, asked in person about interview date. Told they were waiting for a couple more files to schedule at same time. That vo appeared to do only 4 in a week. Two on Tuesday and two on Thursday. I once tried to email more proof. Was told to bring them to the interview. And one other time I asked if they had sent our file to Immigration Appeal Division or CSBA. So over the course of 3 yrs. I emailed them twice.
Well hopefully you find out sooner than later that everything is okay.

I can only wait for now. I would order GCMS notes again in 2 months but since they seem to be going over the 30 day mark and driving me crazy without sending notification of when it will come and making me want to send an email then a complaint when it's overdue, I don't think I will as it causes me more stress than it's worth.

If we don't need an interview, I think there should be a greater than 50% chance that we will be approved before the end of the year, as we are January applicants. So far there is no indication of an interview being needed. However, I have not idea how far they are into our eligibility review, only they have looked at our file twice since the eligibility part started.

We are going through Mexico City. They just had a major earthquake there yesterday Hoping that the Visa Office is still intact and this won't add delays to this already painful and long drawn out process!

I received my gcms notes today. It says “final - approved” and due date it says 2nd September. But I have not received any official communication yet. Nor has my cic account been updated. Can anyone tell me what could be the case. Secondary office has also been assigned.

how about your other statuses(eligibility, security, criminality and medical)? whats ur timeline and which VO?

Please do explain what do you mean by timeline and VO?

Edit: Visa office is New Delhi.

Also I read the notes section in detail.

Notes 1 says Secondary office changed to New Delhi - 2017/08/11

Notes 2 says New Delhi rfv letter sent via email - print queue changed to New Delhi.- 2017/08/09

Notes 3 says officer: all requirements met. Application approved rfv.- 2017/08/03

But nothing on my online application has changed. Nor have I received any letters. Snail mail or e-mail.

Hi everyone, i have a questions... For "security" in the GCMS notes would it ever change? Mine has stayed blank for the past 2 GCMS notes that I ordered, but they are showing notes on security with the code in the top right corner. Any help or ideas? I submitted my application Augus2016, so it's past a year and today is the application "due date". So hopefully I'll hear back something soon, especially since eligibility is already passed.
