Sat my test this morning in Scarborough. Was only there for 45 minutes and passed with perfect score, so happy all that reading and studying paid off. The end is in sight.
I have no clue , may be seniors in the forum may have a detailed insight into it. My point of view is every time you call they would certainly be extracting the details from the system to answer your queries. As all our details are covered under the privacy laws of Canada they would have clear logs who accessed the details and for what reason. If that has impact on the processing will be a guess by anyone. If you have a certain problem in the processing who should call them up and inform/discuss. If it is just that you are restless and worried avoid making calls, certainly it wont expedite the processing. Call center is the Human interface for GCMS and Ecas the technological interface. Hope i am making sense and not confusing you.
