so wondering if anyone can help with this question regarding GCMS notes:

We applied for our second set about 1 month ago, but got an email today that the consent form needs to be signed with a pen, or if submitting electronically they need "audit log confirming the origin of the applicant’s signature". If we submit another, signed with pen, consent form, will it still be 31 days of processing or will they expedite the request?

I had a similar consent form issue and I don't think it takes another 30 days. I expect to get my notes this week. If I don't, however, I won't be too impressed about it.

No. Apparently there were 11 DMs in 2016 and 2015. Zero so far this year. This month has been the only exception this year that LVO has (so far) given out less DMs than previous years.

Yeah you're right, but if not this month, then October isn't far . I'm personally guessing I'll get a DM by October.

I hope you are right. I will wait however and submit consent form next week. As of Sep 14 our file was 'awaiting an initial review' so hopefully by the time they generate notes it has been reviewed. Could you keep us posted on the status of your notes, please. Thank you.

Same thing happened with me, i submitted the consent form again like after 12 days of submission and it didn't take another 30 days. i got the notes after 30 days of submission so dont worry you will also get it.

Guys, Iam sep 2016 apllicnt, case is in LVO, my wife is Canadain citizen, she had no liking for our traditional wedding cermony, we had nothing like Ruskhtee etc but yes my family nd friends were there during the ceremony and we added all the info in the file.... we couldnt follow Traditional cermony will it cause any problem? Courier. we used FedEx and tracked who received our package at the CPC-M.

Yes the instruction guide says to place all docs n forms in order of the items checked.

Looks like a new question as compared to last years forms. I think they mean legal proof of marriage-Nadra Marriage Certificate.
