I've been researching the NADRA marriage certificate. It seems NADRA doesn't issue marriage certificates to minority religions or people considered non-Muslims (many Christians, for example, are denied the certificate and their spouses are never registered).

Consequently, IRCC does not expect that certificate from everyone.

@ahsenshah was requested Nadra Marriage Certficate as well as one other person from 2016 spreadsheet.

guys my wife has been really sick in Karachi, she has got chickungunya , our application reached today , I am just worried if she gets a request for medical and I have heard chikungunya goes away in 1-2 months as germs remain, can this affect our case after all the work we both have put ? First I was praying for quick responses, I am hoping once she goes for medicals, her symptoms are gone.

Very sorry for your wife's illness. Hope she gets better soon. If your application just reached a couple of days ago you have at least 1.5-2 months before medical request, so hopefully she is all better by then. In any case once you get medical request you have 30 days so you can always request a later date when booking medical. All the best.

We applied for our second set about 1 month ago, but got an email today that the consent form needs to be signed with a pen, or if submitting electronically they need "audit log confirming the origin of the applicant’s signature". If we submit another, signed with pen, consent form, will it still be 31 days of processing or will they expedite the request?

No. Apparently there were 11 DMs in 2016 and 2015. Zero so far this year. This month has been the only exception this year that LVO has (so far) given out less DMs than previous years. What is your timeline like?
