I am not in to your field, i am in to IT software development. So i would select
i am intra-company transferee
This is so frustrating....When applying the work permit, what was your answer to the following question:
Which situation best describes your work situation? Did u select "I'm on academic exchange, conducting research or taking training"
In my opinion IRCC had considered your employment offer is NOT legitimate, that's the reason for your rejection i believe. Again, this my guess as per section 200[5].
Better try reapplying with same employer, or try with any new employer, or apply for visitor visa if you want to stay in canada until you get PR.
If your about to receive the DM with in 3 months, then i would suggest you to go with visitor visa to continue staying in canada. When is your current work permit expiring?
It seems federal files of QSW are not at all or very very slowly in process don't see any new DM for Oct-Nov -applicants (received by CIC) - any idea if anyone is in other grps ?

I was looking for specific dates so that we can find out how far CIC has progressed on Oct 2016 applications. If it's too much trouble then forget it.
