I found interview very easy they asked me about marriage function dates where my sponsor working my sponsor brother and sister name . My interview duration is 25 minutes.
No they asked from me more communication proofs, sponsor in out receipts i attached western union receipt updated police certificate medical and updated fourms as well.
Guys please let me know that my application move to LVO on 2nd January 2017 but I have no account on cic website only I see my case through UCI code so is everything ok
And I have a lawyer too I ask from him but no response from LVO still

I believe the rules state to submit a certify copy with the translation. So, you have to get the Nika Namma attested, and then have a certified translation of it when you submit.
Hi there ..Thanks for the reply. Yes the medical of my wife is expired but they have not send any medical request yet.I ordered Gcms notes last month and they arrived one day after the sent me the letter .It shows in the Gcms notes that medical is expired .There is no new information.There is also no new comments of visa officer .Thanks again for the help.

If you have a lawyer submit the application on your behalf, only a lawyer will be able to see the update on your application. You can call CIC and get the update over the phone, or try it under my ecas. I don't think you'll be able to link your application on my cic, if you have representative.
Just coming back from submitting package after a long hard work of 6 months and dealing other life issues, remember in duas. You all have been of wonderful help. I went with what they mentioned so asked wife not to submit/ send me her POLICE/MEDICAL until instructed. Let me know what should I be doing now in order to be ready.

Hi everyone , i applied for my wife and the application was recieved on august 10, 2017 at Mississauga . I was going through some posts , some january 2017 applicants got their DM in approx 6 to 7 months but some applicants from september 2016 or further are still hanging in between and just recieved emails form LVO. What is the normal timelime for spouse immigration? My spouse is from lahore. I did not heard anything yet its been 5 weeks.

Average processing time for 2016 applicants is 9 months. Note that this is average based on the date we have. There are even people who waiting from 2015.
Only a handful of cases have been reported to us that are processed in 2017. Average time is between 4 to 5 months. But knowing LVO, consider 8-9 months as average and don't worry before that.

Is marrying from Pakistan a dead option for me? I just received my PR and my parents were interested in a girl back in Pakistan but after looking at the stories here, i think this isn't a feasible option for me. Cannot handle CIC anymore after my express entry struggles haha.
It is certainly not a dead option for u. Requires a lot of patience and hard work to submit a good application, and after 6-9 months your spouse should get a visa. Consider all the pro and cons in detail before taking this step.
Also you should first consider what you really want.
Hi there .Did you also get a two page letter from LVO.?If yes how many days did they give you to respond.Also, you mentioned something like rukhsati certificate , can you please explain what is this certificate ?We did rukhsati .They did not ask anything about wedding becaue it was a big wedding .My whole family Iives here to that's why my wife is still living with her parents so maybe that's why they are concerned why she is still living with her parents . Also my trip was only about 14 days so that's why they are asking for more post wedding photos .They are also asking about Walima preparations but how can I book anything until I get an idea of the date .
Don't book the banquet hall just now, but show them preparation. Shortlist some places and send email to them for quotes. Buy the dresses/jewellery that you and your wife are going to wear and save those receipts. Make a guest list. Basically go thru the same process of what needs to be done for Walima and if u can purchase some things in advance, do that so u can collect some proof.
