Thank u, yes u r right, but i heard first i need canadian citizenship certificate
Then start looking into that and the processing times. I would personally suggest you to submit the child's documents in one go.
Completed 11 months yesterday... My anxiety has turned into palpitations now.
I can understand, this forum is witness to my over anxious personality by now. Do you know why they require another review in it case? Any red flags?

Same here! Just the stuff I mentioned before, we started as a nikkah only case and I don't have pictures of signing of the Nikkah nama. It was a really simple event. I sent them the rukhsati pictures in February. I honestly have no idea what else could be a concern for them if anything at all...

When u started off as a Nikkah Only case, did u say "No" to the rukhsati question. If there are any conflicting info then LVO gets suspicious. Nikkah signing pic is not mandatory, I didn't have mine and i added a letter from the mosque regarding this. Sometimes LVO is just plain slow. When was the last time lvo replies to your inquiry.
So I need input from someone who's been through the same thing.
LVO asked for PCC from Dubai. Apparently Dubai does not give out hard copies now. It's all electronic and they send an email with your PCC.
Will LVO accept the Dubai PCC via email?
Thanks for any input.

I did, yes. I mentioned the Rukhsati hasn't taken place yet but would be in Dec of last year and the officer's comments actually say 'the rukhsati has certainly taken place.' Our nikkah was actually at an attorney's office, but we weren't allowed to take pictures. I didn't get a letter from the office but I explained the fact that we weren't allowed any pics. I got my last set of notes on Sept 1(Eligibility said review required), last e-mail I sent to LVO was 2nd August, they replied back 6 days later saying file is queue to be reviewed by Immigration Officer.

Just suggesting: if you can get it in writing from the Dubai police officials that we now provide soft copy of PCC for email, you can attach this as well and send to LVO.
Also create a new thread on the main forum, others who have applied for Dubai pcc will hopefully reply.

Ok, the visa officer comments seems encouraging. Since your notes are fairly recent, wait for another 30 days to pass, I pray you get ppr before that, and if not then order notes/send email inquiry again after 30 days since it will be 12 months by then.

Yes I'm looking through threads that have the similar issue. Thank you

On the same note. Has anyone here not submitted their FRC (family registration certificate)? We have only submitted marriage certificate from nadra, nikah nama in english and urdu, birth cert and nic . All copies were submitted as certified true copies. Please advise how important is FRC and if you submitted it ? Thanks
I did not submit FRC.
Thank you, always helpful as usual

Yea, we did submit a Dubai PCC. But until last year, which is when I got my PCC, they gave hard copies, I went and picked it up from the Police HQ myself. I'm not sure since whne they changed the rule to mailing PCC's only...
Hi Members.
Why it is taking so long for Eligibility review. March 15 2017 applied for spouse visa, still its showing we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirement. Background check not started yet.
