Sister submitted on 10th Aug, reached Singapore on 15th but still hasn't been returned!

Mine got dispatched yesterday, i got approval on friday. I sumitted on 6th, received by sgvo on 8th.

Guys pls clarify this...my application status is showing ' need more documents since 30th Aug 2017 and a message will be sent' but no message has been sent till date.
Date application received: 04/30/2017
Application status : We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility : We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results : You passed the medical exam
Review of additional documents : We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details.
Background check Not applicable.

i have raised a CSE but all i get in response is their standard response "upgrade your browser or review the help links.

i have ordered gcms notes but they may take time.

How do i find out if any additional documents are actually required?

Not yet , I sent a mail on 7th Sept, enquiring about visa office and status. got the reply yesterday that My file is at NDVO, so no idea how much time it's gonna take.

I sent an email on September 4, got same reply !! NDVO taking forever!!

Don't know, but let's keep our fingers crossed. I read smwhere that NDVO is slow now days because they get huge no of applications for study visas for Sept intake, so we can expect sm movement at the end of this month

I am in IP2 from last 20 days, and my file is at NDVO, either they are doing security or criminality check from different agencies and that's taking time, or there could be sm other reason, I am just anxious that Why it is taking so long.
