I was able to check status this morning after 30 seconds of "spinning wheel"
Do we have to include 2 photographs of each members of family in PR application even if they are not accompanying? i haven't sent the photographs of my family.what should i do now? I didnt got AOR tiill now.

Mine just started today. Based on some research I did, i think this error is as a result of CIC website being over loaded. many people are surely trying to access the site, especially those who are trying to check if they have received ITA for EE and also those who want to submit application to sponsor parent or grand parent as it was launched yesterday or today

I have submitted technical issue...It was showing error since yesterday so submitted today.

Passport stamping doesn't fall under any program (QSWP,EE etc) so delays at those front are not related to federal-QSWP processing ...
