I am not sure about eligibility or security. But they normally ask for additional documents in IP1. Since we are on NA2 there should not be anything pending from our side.
Expecting a PPR in this month. Hope for the best.
Note : May CEC inland guys are waiting after NA2. Wait is the only solution

Hello all.
Hello Andy,
I got the AOR on 9th June. I am the primary applicant. My husband's PCC from home country was getting delayed so instead of waiting we applied and submitted a copy of the receipt of the PCC.
On 10th July we received an email asking us to upload the PCC as an additional document on or before 3rd September. We managed to upload it by 2nd August. The status of the additional document changed several times and now reads 'we do not need additional document's.
We have passed our medicals and also received our UCI before the 10th July letter.
I was not vigilant enough to monitor how the background check status has been changing. It currently states that the application is in progress.
Based on your experience, are you able to determine what stage we are at?
Hey Teeman, when did CIO finally transfer your file to LVO? Did you call or mail to confirm? Hopefully, they will wake up from their slumber when shipload of applications currently lying at the CIO is shipped to them. All the best bro.
My file was moved from CIO to London Visa Office on the 21st of August, and yes i sent a mail to CPC Ottawa asking about where my file is been processed. Ottawa replied 48hrs later, confirming my file is at London visa Office. How about yours? Thanks and Godspeed to us all as we wait!!
Its the same 1 800 number that others have mentioned in this thread right? My app is stuck at NA background since July 14-15... When I wrote to CIC, I got to know my file is at CIO Sydney. They
