Do we have to submit CNIC of all family members? I thought we should submit if we have dependents. I mean additional family details I am including in the file. But as there are no dependents on me and my wife. Still we have to submit the CNIC of all members of the family (parents, siblings)
No

All photocopies of important docs like Nikkah nama, birth crrtificate, NIac, FRC and such need to be notarized. And the notary public must print (hand write) the following: I certify this to be a true copy of the original document (and then mention name of the document), put the date, his name and his signature and the notarization stamp.

For docs requiring certified translations. Besides the translation, the translator also needs to provide an affidavit of true translation certifying that its a true translation and he has command over both Urdu and English languages. The translation also needs to be notarized.

got an email from LVO saying the docs I provided long ago are awaiting officer review.
The document that they requested is RPRF. Its been a week since I uploaded on gckey, mailed and sent thru Webform. Nothing else requested. Just waiting for PPR hope it will be soon :)

Do you think for birthcertificates? I didn't see it in country specific details thats why saying. Also I got nikkah nama notarised but didnt write 'I certify this to be a true copy of original document'. Can I write it myself now?

Salam,

I'm new here and found immense help from this thread. I thank the thread creators and excel spreadsheet administrators and all contributors. This level of diligence and thoroughness made me proud of my Pakistani heritage. Pakistanis stick together and help each other unlike any other community. Allah reward ya'll with much khayr.

I applied back in October 2016, with a 400-500 page application, was approved as sponsor quick, but had slow correspondence since November 2016. Photos were requested and also transcripts along with RPRF recently which was mailed over a month ago. I just learned of gckey, which now isn't loading at all. As far as I know my file is in london in some pilot project and is PUT AWAY status.

It's getting frustrating twiddling my thumbs. Trying to have sabr and I know once its approved then there will be anxiety of her leaving her home. I am worried because her medical stuff just expired (its been 1 year now). And I am waiting on GCMS notes which were very late the last time and hoping the case worker isn't taking a long vacation after this Labour Day!

Questions:

1) Do I have to upload the RPRF receipt to gckey even though it was mailed out? I signed up for gckey after the RPRF was mailed to London.
2) Should I wait for a re-med request or get one done on our own?
3) Why do they want transcripts?

Here are my details for the spreadsheet

No you must not write it yourself. Our notary public had another stamp for "Certified True Copy" which was used.

Added to the spreadsheet. Answers to your questions are below:
1) No since you didn't have a GCKEY account at the time of the request, there would not be an option available to upload the receipt on GCKEY. If you have already posted the receipt to LVO, you can send the receipt scan to LVO via email, and/or upload the receipt via IRCC web form inquiry.

2) Medical cannot be performed upfront anymore. You need to get a request from LVO to proceed with a medical. What you can do now, is involve your MP since its been a year. Your MP must request for the latest status update from LVO of your application and also notify LVO that you are waiting for a re-medical request. MP's involvement will quicken the pace of LVO for sure.

3) Which transcripts were requested? Maybe they are doing background checks.

Hey. I just contacted an IRCC member immigration agent. He is saying that no certified notary copies needed. Only the affidavit for translating a document will be notarized. What are your thoughts?
