I am also almost in the same boat. My file transferred to NDVO on 18th. I am in na2 since 7 june. Where is ur file btw and ur background check?

Just want to know why the LVO request a copy of the bio-metric page, the height and eyes color for me and my family members despite it is submitted previously.
Which step is this, and how long it will take to get the PPR.

it was a request via my CIC account

Well, they usually request passport copies and eye color/height for ppr. I have no clue what your message says. Unless I know the message text I cant help you.

That's is IP1. Your next step will be NA2 >>> IP2 >>> PPR Email

For your input, IP2 will look like this:

Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.

This is NA2 considering your timeline. If it were IP1, your bgc would have read "we are processing your application bla...bla...bla". So you are in NA2 and mist likely being processed at CIO, Sydney. They have so many applications locked down on NA2

5 months into the business and I'm still at IP1. That's disheartening of sorts.
Seniors please guide if I should be worried about / doing something about the situation.

its in kiev visa office, i had ip2 on 8th of august and then NA again a week later

5 months crossed

Same story aor 14 April.
July 27 - Asked for additional documents. After 2 days status changed to we do not need additional documents.
4th August - medical passed
BC - in progress to NA

Now just waiting from cic to shower some kindness on my application...
