By the way family's passports was received today at AVO!

Please can you confirm whether you used VFS Global services or you used DHL to send your passports? I just want to know as many folks use DHL but if you apply for visitors visa in Nigeria using paper application, you will use VFS Global services.

Thanks everyone for your supportand advice . I will give everything I have. And yes I'm living with her already. We have plenty of pictures and activities and phone bills with the same address on them. and her mom will also write a letter. I'm pretty sure everything will be alright if I do it right. There's no way I let them break my family apart. I will give everything I have to prove to them that this is a real thing.

Hello house.i hope everyone is fine even if this process is frustrating...anyway i have a question.we did our medical last year in December and the doctor gave us a file and on that we can read done beside all the tests we have done and we still have the file with us.but on my ecas we still don't see "medical passed "have anyone experienced this??and im wondering what we have to do with the file the doctor gave us.tkx

Mine has never said medical passed and we did ours in May 2016. I've heard of others not showing up too.

no one knows exactly when you will be contacted about anything. my spouse's medical has been passed since 2nd week of June 2017 and we have not heard anything from AVO. why? because it is AVO, so u cant be certain about anything with them.
so all u have to do it wait and check ur email inbox daily and online account at least once or twice a week

ALL additional required documents need t be mailed in- ask signature required to the Visa office
-send all documents that prove your relationship is genuine and ongoing.
-recent photos of you and your children, if they are in school or daycare get teachers to write you any letter if you have gone to the school for parent teacher night( a stretch but anything helps), recent whatsapp conversations, if last names have been changed and documented you can provide that too, living arrangement if rent or mortgage payment coming out your joint acct, utilities, anything with address that's the same provide both yours and applicant of any utilities bills with names showing the residential address. any supporting letters from friends and family you may add.
make sure to make duplicate of all the original incase of anything
mail it to the visa office- signature required
and then rest your mind for PPR

It almost impossible to send the documents online because of the size limit and so your best bet is to send through mail. The letter your wife received from AVO will have the address at the bottom. Please use that or if you are not sure, you can send an email to AVO and ask them for what address to use to send the documents to them.
From the letter my wife got from AVO, they provided the address to send the police reports to at the bottom of the letter. The address provided was:

While gathering your evidence please focus on your relationship with your wife. That is where CIC seems to have doubts. Paternity can every easily be proven with a DNA test but they want ro see that you have a real functional marriage.
