Hi,
I was on holiday, so my activity here was limited.
All you need is a minimum of 1 year in your primary NOC. Therefore, it makes no difference which of the two you select. However, if I were you I would use 1122 for the same reasons you have stated above.
All the best
Thanks! and welcome back. A quick followup - I am primary applicant giving all my work history. Including time for which I don't have letter of experience. For example, I have reference letter in CIC format for my present 2 years in 1122. and 3 years from 1 company in 2147, and 6 months from another company in 2147. I don't have 2.5 years from 2 companies in 2147 - but I am filling it in my work history regardless. Is it ok? or should I take out the work experience from work history for which I don't have reference letter (I have offer letter, salary slips, appraisal, exit letters, job titles - everything but no mention of job duties)
My wife is secondary applicant, double masters as per ECA + IELTS, but she cannot get any reference letter for her 5 years of work experience. However CRS tool didn't ask for her work ex. Should she fill her work history ?

In work history, only enter the work you have reference letters for. This works out to be about 5 and a half years, more than enough. Enter the rest in you personal history section (no evidence is required here).
For your wife, since you do not get any points for her foreign work experience dont enter anything in her work history. Just enter it all in her personal history section (no references will be required). So you are good to go.

Hi
Can you be unemployed while applying for ee visa
Regards
Hi,
Yes, you can. All you need is to have at least one year of skilled work experience in the last 10 years.

Hey, while filling Express Entry profile. I can see various sections viz Personal Details, Contact Details, Work history etc. Under Work History I can see Primary NOC and Work History. I cannot see anywhere were it says Personal History. Am I missing something?
hello.....
i studied at (college of education_english language)and i am currently english teacher as a foreign language at high school level, i've been teaching for three years.
am i involved in the educational credential assessment (eca) and skilled work experience evaluation outside canada??
if yes, what are my chances to immigrate to canada??
thanks.
Hi,
If you studied outside Canada you will need an ECA.
If your experience falls under NOC category A,B or 0 you qualify for Express Entry. Look through the NOC here:

Use this to check your eligibility for immigration:

Personal history is on the PR application (post-ITA). So for now just say your wife has no experience; and enter the experience you have a reference letter for in your Work history section.

I have a question regarding the police certificate. I left my home country when I was 17 to come to Canada, and haven't been in any other country for 6 months or longer. What should I provide when they ask for this document in the application? Letter of explanation mentioning this situation?
Thanks for the help!
I don't think you will be asked for any PCC, but, yes, you can make note of this in your LOE. Canadian PCC maybe requested later on.

Seems to be working fine.
I created a whole new CIC account and it worked now. Must have been a weird bug

Hi, with a valid job offer you get 600 points extra. So all you need to do is meet the minimum language requirement and you are guaranteed an ITA.
So retake your IELTS and get a minimum of 6 in all 4 modules and you are good to go.

Hi,
I have recieved the PR invite, but lately i realised i did a mistake by stating "Yes" for certificate of qualification for which i am not eligible (as i am a software developer), I had mentioned NOC 2173 in the certificate of qualification details and i did not receive any points for that either, but in the document checklist it is requesting for certificate of qualification, for software developer we wont get any certificate.
Please help to deal this scenario ? My last option is to decline the invite. please suggest.
Best Regards
Hello Guys,
Is there any link or forms to know intermediate status of submitted PR application from IRCC?
Please let me know.

Well besides checking your account on the CIC website you can order GCMS notes which will give an indication of how far your application has gone.

Hi,
You don't have to decline your ITA. Just change to no certificate of qualification in your PR application and explain that you answered yes in error.
This won't be used against you in anyway since it has no effect on your CRS score.
