You can check online status on ECAS even if u have a lawyer. And you can call the call centre and ask about file transfer

Just checked the status by calling at 1-888-242-2100 and according to automated message medical has been passed and currently they are reviewing my eligibility.But on ECAS status is still "medical results have been received".

Yes on ECAS, you do not see further updates, unless they ask for your more documents. For further updates, you need mycic account which u wont be able to use because you have a representative.

IMM5669 schedule A background form
Q3. Mothers name: it says * FAMILY NAME AT BIRTH

the guide says (surname or last name)

i filled out this form so many times before but not occurred to me once.
what should i fill in this now? her last name at birth or her last name now after married name.
any one who went through this please help

Well m filling consent form for GCMS notes.. Should I enter my spouse info in section B? I am principal applicant. and in section C which state you "write your designated individual info " in that section I have to fill sponser info right ?

Got DM though my medical expired 15th Aug, so it should have been extended. Let us see by how much.
What a coincidence that got DM on same date as application sent but a year later
