I emailed Rabat when I was waiting for our bluebook. I of course always hoping for a shorter wait. Saw somebody get their's in 2.5 mos. So at about 3 mos I emailed Rabat. Rabat said they never got a request for file yet. The file got printed off in month 5. I totally blamed the Federal Election. And we ran into Syrian refugee crisis.

They are supposed to have everything. Either the visa office didn't scan copies. Or CSBA didn't scan copies. Somebody make a mistake.

That upsets me greatly. Playing with people's lives.

I thought you were appealing? Your close why do you want to stop. I don't even think you need to wait much longer.
Yes if you still wanted spouse to come reapplying is the only other way.

In order to stop an appeal I think you and your wife sign the form. Because you both sign the form to start the appeal. What else does it say. Is the first form there?
