Hey guys,My husband applied for my immigration in june 2016 from Canada.I live in Pakistan.The file started processing on 27th june.Then in march I got an email for giving in more proofs and we sent a whole book of chats,calls,pictures and details of his visit to Pakistan.Now from 21st july,the status on the website shows that the decision has been made but none of us had recieved any email or post.However our lawyer has recieved all of our documents back from the embassy.What do you guys think what is expected?

MP tried to contact CIC in July and they said everything received and we will transfer your file to LVO but 1 month gone but still waiting

And you're sure that sponsor's side of ECAS isn't showing 2 different processing dates (one under Sponsorship Application Status and one under Permanent Residence Application Status)?

please update excel sheet: file transferred to LVO on 17th August and ecase status changed to "In Process" for both Sponsor and PA

on ECAS, Sponsorship Application Status said DECISION MADE and under Permanent Residence Application Status said APPLICATION RECEIVED and only 1 date shown of Application received.

I have sent an enquiry to LVO yesterday. Luckily I got an answer today that your file is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. How this is different from the initial review.

Scenario:I have another query as-well. Checklist IMM5533- Q7(e)-Requires documentary evidence of financial support between you and your sponsor. and/or shared expenses.

Query:Now the fact is that I will be sending her money after Nikkah till June 2018 from my employment income in Qatar.
After June 2018, I will be in Canada permanently and will be searching job hence no income. How can I prove to CIC about the fact ? Is it ok If i transfer her my End of Service (a material amount) that I get upon resignation from Qatar and she can withdraw small amounts via ATM to show CIC that she is using that fund? Will this work out?

Or how have other applicants fulfilled this requirement. I am only worried about this one. Rest are pretty straight forward.

I'm not too sure how, may be a receipt would be helpful to show from her end that she was taking those money or you sending her money.
.in my case I said no to that part as I'm working full time in Canada and my husband is working full in Pakistan's so I didn't need his support financially.

However, when NY brother applied for my sister-in-law he sent her money from here through western union and she showed the receipt as a proof that he was supporting her financially.

I guess even if you transfer money to her account, you guys can show that too as a proof or may be ask her to keep the receipt when she withdraw money from the ATM.

I'm not too sure nay be other can suggest better solution to this.. Create a separate thread regarding to this or nay be ask on a fb group

oh man this is the worst thing they can do to us. It's no less than torture! Since Aug 09, and still no email, we've sent them a case specific inquiry and an email as well, but nothing!

Do let me know if you guys end up getting an email or an actual request.
