I wish I could remember where I saw it, but I'm sure it was something official. At the time though, I wondered if some of the ITAs were just "not accepted yet."

If the remaining ITAs is 33000 -> we still have 10 draws. Hopefully there will be a draw on this August 30.

Suppose in 63,777 ITAs the decline rate is 15% -> Landed ~ 54210.45
71700-54210.45=17489.55
17489.55÷3000 = 5.8 draws

Oct: 1 draw
Nov: 2 draw
Dec: 2 draw

With your prediction I can't cross my fingers There is no target for the issuance of ITA, but for the PR landings. In my opinion, there would be draws like this:
Sep: 2 draws for sure (1 can come as a surprise); = 6500 ITAS (3500)
Oct: 3 draws; = 11000 ITAs
Nov: 2 draws (+1 surprise); = 7300 ITAs (3700)
Dec: 3 draws (last one for Christmas or for New year)= 12000 ITAs

And there would be, probably, around 44.000 ITAs, so relax everybody and get smth to drink and think about it, if you can't imagine so, that is not my fault As you may see, I'm big dreamer and predict based on pure HOPE along with alive positivism

PS: Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result should be our primary motivation.

Yes, there needs to be enforced punishment for entering illegally, which I believe there is.

So we have around 2-3 more draws for this year? This is scary since the CRS will not going down.

Yes, the Canada Visa page he found the 70k number on had more for PNP. Some of those are distributed through express entry but not all.

You better book IELTS ASAP, as you have to maintain or improve the score.

I wrote this long post about rates of inflow and outflow, but just erased it all. It comes down to this: I prefer to make my own future, and will do everything I can to meet the necessary CRS to get in rather than just hope for the score to drop. My path is long. If things go really well, I'll get the ITA even before I graduate. But if not, I'm doing everything I can to earn those points.

Now that's what is called a real motivation.
I salute you for the spirit and the fire in you.

Friends as far as rejecting ITA is concerned, it's not that all have not done their paperwork. Sometimes the things are not suppose to happen as and when we want them. it's not always as smooth as we expect it to be.
The hurdles and falls keep the adrenaline rush going.
Had been active on the ray of Hope thread from last 2 months only.
These two months have changed a lot of things in life, most of it not expected.
Lets not leave the hope,
of getting through this,
of going to canada,
of keeping ourselves motivated...
Keep yourself focused and positive.

Quite a few sub-400 ICT folks in the provincial nomination forums and whatsapp groups have been getting nominations this week, including many who received ITAs yesterday. I'm still checking the OINP site every day multiple times a day for updates.
