You mean pcc of UAE? In that I guess he can only obtain it from UAE police department.

So he has to go to Dubai to get PCC? He hasn't been there since 3/4 years. I'm sure there must be another way to get one from Lahore

My question is that is it okay for me to go to Pakistan and come together to Canada once she gets her visa?

If lvo finds that you are residing with your wife during the process, they will ask you to prove your intent to return to Canada. This might make your process longer. When did u apply? Would you like to be added to the spreadsheet?

I will not be residing with her during the process as I work full time in Canada, I am only planning to go there once she gets her visa so we both can come together.

He doesnt have to go to UAE to grt PCC it can be obtained while staying in Pakistn. A person just did that and posted about it in the Spousal Sponsorship from Pakistan group on Facebook. Check this link to the post https://www.facebook.com/groups/186911295081562/permalink/346227272483296/

The procedure of obtaining UAE PCC when the incumbent is currently outside of UAE is mentioned on the CIC website.

MP tried to contact CIC in July and they said everything received and we will transfer your file to LVO but 1 month gone but still waiting

Just out of curiosity, what makes you believe she'll get her visa within 2-3 months?

I have experienced that LVO asks to sponsor why he/she hasnt visited your better half during application process.. It can also raise questions.... I dnt think this is an issue if you passed your eligibility

Yes, it is right that visiting (for few weeks) your spouse during the process is a positive sign of ongoing relationship, however the sponsor in this case was asking " if its okay for him to go to Pakistan and come together to Canada once my wife gets her visa?". This seemed like he wants to reside till the completion of the process.

Also in the above case the sponsor got their SA in this month, so they still have a few months to go.
