While applying for MPNP, there was this letter of intent to settle where you signed that you intend to settle in Manitoba. Though your settlement is not legally bound to any place in Canada. Things can change in future and such action to settle somewhere else after acquiring PR status can be seen as deceitful. Many had advised that at least one must try to settle in Manitoba first n search for job. A nominated PR holder can now decide to resettle somewhere else let say it has become difficult to get a desired job after 10 months. At least the intention to stay in Manitoba has been satisfied incase there are questions in the future.
Congrats on the receipt of your visa bro. To your question, pls don't try to settle outside Manitoba for now until you get citizenship because there are unwritten negative consequences to such an action, a few mentioned by sisTeju. Also if your entry ticket does not state Manitoba as your final destination and let's say you want to land in Ontario or finally in Alberta instead and the immigration officer at the airport sees you are a Manitoba pnp nominee, you may encounter problems at this point of entry...I have seen a forum where some who did this got their visa cancelled at the point of entry and had to go back on the next flight back...some manage to scale through but it is advisable you become a citizen before you do this. Also if you are a Manitoba nominee and you land in Ontario your PR card will read Ontario...my supporter said this also has some negative consequences too.
Yes truly there's no rule that says you cannot settle down in another province but the provinces do not like you migrating to another province after being nominated that's why they asked you if you have people in other provinces before nominating you! That's like preparing food for other people to eat without you having food to eat. If they got to know you have people in other provinces they wouldn't like to nominate you.
Your sponsor might not be allowed to invite people in future. I think if your thinking of leaving the province that should be years after.
It's only when you apply through EE that you can settle anywhere. This is my piece if i am wrong anyone can put us in the right light.

You said you sent report to them after doing your upfront medical. I thought it is the hospital's job to send or upload your medical results. My application was received by CIC on Oct 24 2016. I'm also thinking of doing upfront medicals. What do u think
Also, how did you send the report? Courier or CSE? Please clarify. Thanks
