I noticed in my gcms notes that my sent-off (rukhsati) date is wrong, it is 18th April while 17 April is written in VO's comments on last pages. I checked in my forms and I wrote it correct, also I tagged the correct date on wedding pictures. Do I need to mention it to LVO or leave it as it is cause its their own error and they have correct dates already with them? ?
I think there was a similar issue posted on fb group... People suggested to that to let them know.. May be send them an email
Yes it was last reviewed on 6 June 2017 and I am in interview queue.
Ohh man... Do you know why??
I will be ordering my notes soon... However in the email they said my app still 'awaits for initial review' :/
Got my spouse's COPR today. Alhumdulilah glad to be over with this process! good luck everyone with your process. (2nd Sept 2016) appplicant

I know you sent a private message but I wanted to answer here in case anyone else had anything more to add. I am no expert but can only think of the following:
1) You should definitely consult an immigration expert as your case can get complicated. Even if you just consult them before sending off your file, they can guide you on how to disclose this information.
2) NEVER ever knowingly hold back on any information as it can have huge negative impact on the processing of your case.
3) In your case they might think your marriage is one of convenience because you have tried previously to settle outside of Pakistan. I would recommend send them lots of proof of relationship. Pics, receipts of shopping, wedding hall receipts, wedding clothes and gifts receipts, gifts sent to one another, phone calls, video calls, emails, text messages, social media accounts showing each other as husband and wife, letters from family and friends who know of your relationship and attended your wedding. Pics from honeymoon travels or any trips taken together.

It's up to you. In my opinion, it's a really tiny error and it isn't even your fault cause you wrote the correct dates. One day off isn't a big difference...so I wouldn't really mind. But you can always send them an email or case-specific inquiry to let them know of their error.
It's been a month since I sent an email to LVO about the status of my application and still received no reply... how long will they take? They said they will reply within 28 days???
I got a reply within 7 days...if it's been more than 28 days, I think maybe you should try emailing them once more.
I'm Jan. 25th and my file is still at CPC-M. You're lucky at least your file got forwarded. Check your ECAS, GCKEY, or order GCMS notes for more details on your file.
Are you sure your file is still in Mississauga? You don't have 2 different processing dates showing on sponsor's side of ECAS?
There are some applicants I've noticed whose files have been forwarded, but they just never received the email.

I have applied in March 2017 and my file is also at Mississauga. I dnt know why they are taking so long to transfer it to LVO
Hello Guys, We got an email to link our application to the online account within 7 days of the date of email. However we didn't see the email in time and therefore linked our application after 7 days. What will happen now? Any thoughts?
