I will be sending my application from Canada post here in Canada. What is the difference between courior and mail and where should I send it ?

Page 1 document checklist says to send it to CPC Mississuaga PO BOX 3000 Station A Mississauga Ontario L5A 4N6

but it says if you are sending using courior send it to
Case Processing Centre - Mississauga, 2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 300, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z 1HB.

First address is for normal mail like normal mail by Canada post
The second one is for courier like UPS or FEDEX or courier by Canada post even

A Canadian CITIZEN living outside Canada can also order notes on the PA's behalf.

With PA has to sign a consent form giving authority to sponsor to order notes

I am September 2016 applicant it's been while hear from london visa office. Last time i got request from officer send a proof of after marriage picture and communication proof. does any one know how long do i have to wait for final decision on my file.

Nobody can predict, some people got decision in a week while others in few months provided no more docs are required.

I noticed in my gcms notes that my sent-off (rukhsati) date is wrong, it is 18th April while 17 April is written in VO's comments on last pages. I checked in my forms and I wrote it correct, also I tagged the correct date on wedding pictures. Do I need to mention it to LVO or leave it as it is cause its their own error and they have correct dates already with them? ?

Mississauga will forward your file to London. A line on your ECAS will appear stating the date they started processing your file (under the applicants progress page). That will be AOR2.
