Guys
Who have already got their cards...
Which number is my card number in the online application (linked)? The one that starts with 'R'?
The one with the R is your application number. You'll get your document number only after they issue the card and it will be shown in a table in the application.
How do you know that your card was approved?
You have to link your application to your my cic account (link on your main page) or call IRCC to get a status.

I think so - I can check later at home if no one answers before it.

Thank you!
These are the things I see in Document Status
1) Application Number :
R XXXXXX
2) UCI Number : !XXXX
3) Document Number : 11XXXXX
4) Travel Document Number : My passport Number.
If you can confirm which one of the above is my PR card number ( physically on the PR), It would save me two weeks

It is your UCI number. The R number is just an application number
are you sure ? I need to add that in my Nexus application.
This confuses me

Also, when I add my UCI it says
The A-number for a permanent resident card issued by CANADA must be exactly 8 digits in nnnn-nnnn or nnnnnnnn format.
Click Help for additional information.
For those who have been asked to send new set of photos, any update?
Finally got my PR card. Canada post put it in wrong box and I lucky found in returned box.
Yes, i did.
Thats why I asked what number on application matches your PR card number
Is the document number or something different that We don't see online
For those who have been asked to send new set of photos, any update?
I called them and they said it would take another month to process as they are currently processing the photos from June 22.
If you sent back your photo in August, it will take quite sometime again to receive update.
I landed on June 30 but my status shows still in process.i talked with cic agent last week and they told me I will get my card by the end of the month
Please share with us when you receive it.

Yup, I applied for NEXUS and used the UCI number. The number at the back of your card is not your ID number, it is just the document number.

Thank you
