I believe completing the post ITA documentation and paying the fees is filing the e-APR, Please confirm.

I have done that and I can see in my dashboard it says application received on Aug 14th.
But no AoR notification.

What exactly is eAPR?

Completing the post ITA documentation and paying the Visa fees is collectively know as e-APR.
It stands for (electronic - Application for PR) which means that you have finally applied for the PR electronically by providing all the asked documents and paying the Visa fee.
