After sending medicals few days ago they asked me yesterday about following.
- Updated, signed Schedule A [IMM5669] form.
- Birth registration/certificate for any newborn children to you and your sponsor.
- Original Pakistan Police Certificate; please refer to our website for instructions.
- Passport copies: Biographic Information page for updated passport for yourself and any accompanying dependents.
- Payment in Canada of the outstanding Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF); please refer to our website for instructions.
Anyone have any idea how much time does it take after that to issue the visa ?

Congrats..., It seems you are very close to getting PPR
Is it mandatory to fill Additional Dependents/Declaration Form IMM 0008DEP for a Pakistani applicant? In the checklist it doesnt show but if you go to country specific requirements it shows there. Also in our case principle applicant doesnt have any dependent. What should we do ?
If there are no dependants, then you don't fill it out.
CIC website says that most of the cases of spousal immigration are now being processed within 12 months however on this thread i see many people are waiting since 1.5 years and there isnt much progress. How true is that 12 months statement by CIC?
This statement was made in December 2016. So all files received after Dec 7, 2016 (as stated on their website) have the 12-month deadline.
When sending the application do we need to staple the forms or leave them untied?
As mentioned, only paper clips and rubber bands.

What about the folks who applied on dec 1, 2016? Do u think they fall in the same deadline? As the file did start processing in January at LVO.

August 3 LVO asked me for MR and done on Aug 10 and BGC was started as well. Today I received a letter on my GCkey to pay RPRF ,i will pay it soon. what comes next ? thanks a lot

If you select sponsoring a family member, spouse living outside Canada, applied before Dec 7, and applying from Canada, then it says the average processing time is 12 months. If you applied from Pakistan, it says 18 months.
The website also says, "
We’re working to finalize applications received before December 7, 2016 by the end of December 2017."
I got my medical done 5 weeks ago .
Submitted my schedule a and PCC as well.
Whats the next step ?
