I know mate. It's nerve wrecking. My consolidation is that my file is at London Visa Office now. That's the last leg of this journey. I should get my PPR by September ending at the latest (hopefully). We will be fine in the end.
I dont know where i have been shipped off to or still rotting at CIO as Ottawa has decided to ignore my emails.I am hearing that NDVO is worse than London as of now and my fear which is most likely gonna happen that i will be packed off to NDVO. People have been stuck for months at NDVO.

Haaaaaaaaa, I sent a mail to london visa office just to confirm that my file was indeed transfered there and I got a reply after 5 days that my file was on a queue to be reviewed by an oficer.
I will advice that you send a mail to london to find out if it was sent there. it doesnt cost anything. The last mail I sent to Ottawa hasnt been replied. You need to keep trying. It is too late to give up now.
It seems all applications from south india will get sent to Bangalore. Since i sent my passport for stamping and not the visa application, it has been sent to New delhi. The VFS person i spoke to told me to ignore the SMS as its an automated message sent to all people applying from south india and just go with whats mentioned online when i track the status.

But I mailed them again yesterday in a hope that I can get some update but now they have replied that my file is currently at CIO, sydney and has not been transferred to local visa office. Finally!!! Passport collection is only from 2 - 4pm and it is almost 12pm now. Feeling super hopeful it can be collected today so that I can travel over the weekend!!

If VFS Singapore is anything like VFS Manila or better, you should get another alert within the day that it should be ready for pick-up. Fingers crossed.
