April 14 applicants just touched 16 months time frame.
The government and the CIC is corrupted for sure. Many people say have patient and asked to believe that CIC employees are on vacation ! But really? how did CIC processed PR application within 8 months in 2014, 2015 and 2016 ?

There is no specific timeline. Mine and some others BG is in process since July 28, 2017 and after that no update !!

NOPE， June 22 2016 application，still waiting.....

Just called CIC and talked to an agent. She said everything was passes and nothing pending. Application has is waiting to be approved and send passport request. But she could not tell when will I get passport request email. What a loop....

Medical passed on 17 May

My ME passed on the same day, my BG is still N/A
