True because once a PFL is sent, the application becomes 'non-routine' which means that there is no 19 month deadline. We go to the bottom of the totem pole.

Also, same thing happened to my friend. He was in constant touch with CIC and they had said that they realize that FBI clearance takes 4 months or so to get in. Gave them an extension, then turned around and sent him a PFL, that too, after the interview!!

Does that mean that My application will be in

If they need any additional document or re medical, they will send requests.

If immigration officer is not satisfied with relationship genuiness they conduct interview. (doesn't happen with everybody)

If they don't require any of the above, Ecas status will go from in process to decision made (dm) and you will receive passport request( ppr).

Okayy in ecas both PA side and sponsor side shows we started processing your application on 9th February 2017. Last line shows mesical have been received

I asked my MP to find out which document they need and why my status is the same since June and they asked the officer who said that MyCIC hasn't been updated since hence the same message. No document is required.
WTF is going on here!!??
