Didn't you fight the case with a lawyer? Or were you working in real?

If you have stayed over 6 months in the US (either continuously or in parts), then it is mandatory to submit FBI PCC to CIC.

hello @abhishek_89, ITA requires us to provide address history for the past 10 yrs. do we need to furnish proof for the same? I don't have proof for the first 3 yrs... any suggestion?

hello friends,

I have a job offer in Canada from an MNC but without LMIA. I declared this in my EE profile . my employer agreed to wait for me to get my PR and join the company.

recently i received an ITA under OINP, I have completed all the initial forms . Then this generated a personalized checklist which contains the following items like

offer of employment --- ( which is the offer letter by a canadian employer i have to upload)
letter of employment --- (what does this mean ? and what should u upload in this section)

Please and kindly tell me what should i do for letter of employment as i havent started working their , my employer cant give me that.

CIC heard your wishes! I was so glad to know there was a back-to-back draw but too weak to login to be with all of you. Another draw on Wednesday will make me feel better, definitely!

Keep following my prediction. If the next draw happens on Aug 16th or Aug 23rd, the CRS cut off will be below 441.

Proof is NOT required for your address history section.

I am not sure if this would impact your application for Canada PR. If you are going through a CIC approved lawyer, then what he said would be correct I guess.
