How I can get the status of the paper based application process to CIC. I sent my application for Sasketchewan PNP at Novo scotia and as per DHL my paper based application was delivered on 05.07.2017.

The timeline in CIC's website has been standing at 16 months for non-express entry. Is this accurate or should we prepare for longer?

How long does it take to receive an AOR from CIC for paper-based applications?

I applied under same category since January 2017, AOR March, Reminder email about RPRF and changes to Schedule A in June. No medical Request yet.

TO ANSWER QUESTION 1, I only sent what was requested on the checklist. If they ask for supporting documents then you send them. I send my degree/diploma and a reference letter from my current job that I used to apply for the PR.

I would say to send reference letters or something from past jobs if you can get them along with your qualifications though.

Q2. No you do not need to submit taxes.

While filling 10 years Activity, the rows are limited in the PDF and I'm not able to enter all my education and work experience. My friend suggested that I shouldn't leave a month gap while providing my 10 years activity. How do I add the activities when there is not enough rows to fill up.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Use additional paper.

I just created a similar table in Microsoft Word, with the heading for the section I am filling.

Include your name and date of birth on the additional paper and UCI number if you have one.

AOR takes 2-3 Months.
You can check your application status after getting AOR by linking your paper application to GCKey account online.
Processing time varies, two months back it was 14 months whereas now it is 16 months.

I just received my AOR few days ago August 10,2017 ; I want to know if I get married after receiving that AOR, what can I do to make my husband to be be with me when I go to Canada? Is there a link so I can know how will we process his application or is there anyway he can follow me if ever I've been admissible to Canada? Thanks

Yes. It's been 24 months since I sent my file to CIC and i am still waiting for the DM and PPR

I got my file number on 22 Dec, 2016. And still no Medical request

what do you mean by Upfront Medicals?

Is that a medical request or you talking about something different?

what will be the process in this case. how you will receive the notification and how long it will take to process the PR.
