My WES Timeline is same as yours. The current status says Evaluation to be completed by 23rd August.
Hoping to get it an update too. Fingers crossed

1. Applied online for WES ECA on June 16 2017 and got the reference number
   
2. Sent Docs to WES canada on June 17 2017
   
3. Docs reached WES June 21 2017
4. Status changed to DOCS received on June 28 2017
5. Status changed to Evaluation in progress on July 5 2017
   
6. Finally got my WES report on July 13 2017

Sure. I was waiting until delivery to post the full picture but here is my timeline so far:

07-July: Documents sent
12-July: Documents received by WES
14-July: Changed status on website to “documents received/under review”
24-July: Documents Accepted, status changed to evaluation in progress.
07-Aug: Status changed to “Your order is under final review and your evaluation report will be sent to your recipient(s).” and no changes after that.

Here is my timeline
Delivered (1st set) -- 06/21
Documents received, review in progress -- 06/22
Waiting for required documents -- 07/03
Delivered (2nd set) -- 07/18
Documents received, review in progress -- 07/20
Evaluation in progress -- 07/24
Final Review -- 08/08
Completed -- 08/10

My estimated completion date was 08/14. However, they completed it 3-4 days before that.

WES usually complete the evaluation in less than 20 business days. I have seen it in my case, my wife's case and my multiple friend's case. Hope you all get your evaluation done soon.

25-July-2017 -> Status Changed to evaluation in Progress
14-Aug-2017 -> Evaluation Complete
15-Aug-2017 -> PDF report generated and downloaded

Degrees verified were B.E and a PG Management Diploma

It's now under final review as of August 7 2017.

My report was completed today 15 August 2017.

July 21: Status changed to We are reviewing your documents
August 01: status changed to evaluation in Progress with due date of August 22
August 12: status changed to Final Review
August 17: Evaluation completed.
