Hello, i have applied for WES and i can not provide my transcripts in University sealed envelopes and WES put "on hold" on my process of evaluation. all my transcripts and degrees were sent but they don't accept them just because of sealed envelopes. is there anyone who can help me? i have sent them so many letters through fax and email, post but they don't answer.
Any luck with your evaluation? I wonder why your University didn't send them in sealed envelopes. In my case too the transcripts were all sent in sealed condition and I was specifically instructed by my University not to tamper with the seal. This is to ensure the genuineness if your document.
Get in touch with your University, and ask them to issue new transcripts again with the seal.

So far my timeline is:
Placed the order and made payment - 29 June 2017
Documents were received at WES - 31 July 2017
(I had a vacation in between which is why it took so long to get stuff sent! Also it took about 2 weeks to for the documents to be sent from Australia)
Documents received and accepted - 1 August 2017
Evaluation in progress - 1 August 2017
Evaluation due for completion - 22 August 2017
Documents Reached WES 7/18/2017
Documents received - review in progress 7/20/2017
Evaluation in progress 7/26/2017
Evaluation is due for completion on 8/3/2017
Did the evaluation complete on time for you? Mine it moved to evaluation in progress on 2nd August but due for completion on 23 Aug. I dont understand why its so late for me. Any chances of evaluation getting over before 23 Aug? I feel what I have been assigned is some default deadline unlike yours..

Hello friends, getting ECA done thru wes. It's taking forever for any status to be updated on wes website. Profile created on July 23, docs received on July 31 but as on Aug 08 status is still "waiting for docs" any suggestions if I should wait or contact them through email or twitter etc

My docs were received on July 21, but the status didn't change to Evaluation in progress until August 2 (I guess my university took their time to confirm). Hopefully I'll see some update this week.
