I submitted on July, 17 and got changed to assessment 26 July and waiting for it to do in DIP...

My OINP Timeline

Submitted. - July 01
Assessment - July 05
DIP - July 17
Approved. - July 19

It will go in DIP soon. Have patience.

My status also got changed to assessment yesterday after being in submitted state since 4 july.
