Help!SINP Oasis application system question.

I am now working on my SINP application through Oasis. But I have been stuck on one step, which is In the part one of the application, the Step 5 Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Application Declaration. I did not have a representative, so I chose the no representative, but for the documents submission part, I realised that the Code of Conduct for Representatives Form and Form IMM 5476-Use of Representatives are with an asterisk (*), which means I have to upload those two forms. But since i don’t have representative, i don’t know how to fill those two forms. Could you please let me know what i should do for that issues. And also for the Code of Conduct for Representatives Form, where can I download that form? Thank you all in advance!!

Scan page 1 (without any action),
Scan page 2 (After Date, sign and Name of Main Applicant),
Page 3 Section B : SINP Applicant Declaration, Tick Bottom box,
I declare that I have completed.................................................................... business on my behalf with the SINP. (After sign, Name, Date of Main Applicant and Sign, Date Spouse)
Page 4 (After writing 3-4 N.A. in any separate lines)
After that Merge that 4 PDF pages as a single PDF page. That is your Ethical ............ Form.
In Oasis, there is a special place to upload this Form. Read it carefully. It would be nice that, make 2-3 dummy Oasis Profiles and try to fill complete application.

Just put N/A for not applicable

So you mean I scan the use of representative form and write a big N/A on the front page of the form or I upload a white pape file with N/A written on.the page?

because it is in the file uploading area, I cant just write N/A, they ask for files to upload. and they are with (*) mark which means I must upload files there.

Yes, I am sure. without the file being upload, the step is keeping warning me that something is missing. thats because those two files marks (*)Thats so confused.

Make new Oasis profile and upload all necessary forms and papers. Choose No for EE option.
