Submit the PCC upfront,,, i would say not to pay RPRF upfront, because when they ask for it, you will k ow your application is moving and almost final.
My medical was requested 4 months after AOR and my RPRF after 4 months of medical.

I guess its a whole different process.. you are an inland applicant and now you are out of Canada.
I would call CIC because any info here may turn out to be unreliable or just assumptions or personal views and situations,, you dont want to mess this up after all this waiting.

I guess we'll find out soon enough. From what i've seen so far from other people, anywhere between a week and a month... =D nearly there!

In my case I got that message of "your documents are beeing reviewed" because PCC was not resquested from the beginning, i do not think you will see something different. In fact, i would not trust gckey too much... it still reads " we are processing your background check" for me.... so it is clear that updates take time to appear on your profile.
No, I no not know the agent's name and I have no idea how to obtain it hehehe.
The important thing is that things are moving again and updates are coming in... i really dont think it will be very long for you too.
