Can anyone please help?

I am an applicant from India. My details are as follows:
Application filed (Sent to Nova Scotia): May 8th 2017
AOR Received: July 29th 2017

I would like to know the average time required for Indian applicants filing from India to receive the medical and RPRF request.
No one can tell. It depends from file to file and workload of VO. Best guesstimate is 0-15 months. You will get better answers if you connect with fellow NDVO applicants here:

I am a november applicant and got AOR in February and medical in March but since now they did not ask me for landing fee or PCC.
I know cases are different but I see that most guys received the the landing fee demand at very first stages or along with their medical... wanted to know if I should get worried!
Same for me

I've just received an email requesting another medical exam. I did one upfront and it will expire next week.

I really thought it would be PPR.
I'm so disappointed.. Another Medical exam.. Sigh..

VO Paris. 11º Month of processing time soon.
I need some motivation today :/

Any medical or RPRF payment request ??

I've paid RPRF without request and sent it to processing visa office (London Visa Office) through IRCC web form.

Till now Background check not yet started, No medical request.

Hi

Could you please provide me the steps to pay RPRF.
I haven't received any request to pay but I did completed my Medicals in March.
Suggest I can pay RPRF or need to wait.

Agree with "APPNOV2014NY" they usually validate medicals and send across DM , also for other forum members it seems advisable to wait for Med request from CIC rather than going upfront , We expect like upfront RPRF ,upfront Meds will expedite process but it looks to be counter productive atleast for QSW program ...this is based on observations on forum...

Thank you very much for your comment.

I hope you're right!

I was not expecting another medical request. Plus this is expensive.. Oh well, I will do it tomorrow and hope it will be quick after this.

Thank you again!

Thank you very much for your comment. I hope DM will come quickly after this. My motivation is running low today.

I agree with you about the upfront medicals. But the moment I submitted the PR application, I had already done the medicals one month before (for a work permit), so I used the same 'results' and submitted it upfront for the PR.

I would recommend to submit everything upfront with exception of the medical examination.

Thanks again for your comment. Made me feel a bit better. I hope you're right and the DM will come very soon after this.

I will keep you guys (and the spreadsheet) updated! ;)

If you google following term: PPR "Out of Canada" you will find few links where people are suggesting to ask CIC for extension to submit Passport late or to send passport to other visa office.

I think that you must report the change of your address...It's not possible to transfer your file which is currently in process but the PPR can be transfer to NDVO. This later will issue your visa only. This based on some previous post in a French forum.
