I have been told since the updront ME will give you a code which is different with the code CIC give you, so it is kind of difficult to link there two code for ME, and usually it will be clinic'd job to notice the CIC, I think that's why some clinic refuse to do updront code for PNP stream, I asked several clinic last month, most of them still willing to do the upfront ME, for PNP, I am in ontario. I do not know if I could do the upfront ME right now, more than 13months waiting time for ME notice.....

I have one query if the person applied BOWP and does not get the final decision till his work permit expiry and also applied his PNP PR application, what CIC considered the work permit status active?
Does this situation impact on PR application? I will be thankful if somebody gives me a response.
